    Our text messages are not marketing and are used solely for payment reminders and service updates. Examples include payment reminders at 30, 45, and 60 days past due, or other important account communications.

    You may receive up to three (3) text messages per billing cycle, depending on your account status.
  1. Message & Data Rates
    Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Sarsfield Technology  is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless provider.
  1. Opt-Out
    You may opt out of receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation text to confirm your opt-out and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
